Anderson Development facilities earn national recognition for Responsible Care

Adrian, MI Anderson Development Company is proud to announce the receipt of three (3) Responsible Care Achievement Awards given by the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association (SOCMA). The award recognizes chemical manufacturing facilities that have demonstrated a strong public commitment to environmental, health, safety, and security excellence, which is encouraged by the industrys voluntary Responsible Care program. Each of Anderson Development's locations received the award; the Specialty Chemicals plant and the NF3 plant both located in Adrian, MI and the Gary, IN plant.
We are very pleased that SOCMA has recognized our employees for their commitment to enhance the quality of life for our community with these prestigious awards, said Vice President and C.O.O. Dave Riggs. I am especially proud of our team as they have successfully integrated all elements of Responsible Care into their daily duties.
SOCMA, the leading trade association representing the custom and specialty chemical industry, recognized Anderson Development Companys Facilities at SOCMAs 82nd Annual Dinner and a special Responsible Care Awards reception on December 8th in New York City.
